Other than trees the Coniferous Forest doesn't have much more than grass and small shrubs. This is good for many small mice or rodents because it means they can hide in fields so they don't get eaten by owls.
The Coniferous Forest has many trees but it also has poison ivy. Many people do not like this aspect of the Coniferous Forest because it is annoying and is hard to make go away.
